Holland V Lunch

I am beginning to love Holland Village. It’s just too far though that I end up paying a lot on cab fare.
Anyway, over the past few weeks, I’ve visited Holland V 4 times.
Julu introduced me to two of his good buddies Adriel and Josiah over lunch at Bistro Petit Salut (44 Jln Merah Saga
#01-54, Singapore 278116, Phone +65 6474 9788).
The resto has set lunch menu going for $25++. Here’s what I tried.
Warm goat cheese on pastry, roasted vegetables and baby spinach, walnut dressing
Seared onglet beef “Café de Paris” with French fries
“Floating Island” Poached meringue and Crème Anglaise topped with almonds and caramel
Also had a belated birthday dessert plate from Julu, Josiah, and Adriel. Truly unexpected but well appreciated. Thanks guys!
Believe it not, this was delivered to our table while the birthday song was playing in their in-house sound system!!
