What I like most about chili crab is the thick, delicious sauce that goes with it. It’s quite a pain to de-shell crabs. I’m not good at it and oftentimes I would use cutlery to get the crabmeat. Yes, it’s a weird thing to do but that’s me.
So I was very pleased when the staff at Long Beach seafood restaurant (Blk 25, Dempsey, Singaapore) offered to de-shell the chili crab my family ordered. I had no choice but to say yes.
